The Colorado Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, or ICAC, received a tip that materials involving child sexual abuse were being distributed from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. An investigation concerning Moises Gonzalez (23) of Longmont was launched.

ICAC executed a search warrant on Dec. 7 during which multiple electronic devices were seized. A forensic analysis discovered multiple files that contained child sexual abuse material.

Gonzalez was arrested on Saturday and taken to the Boulder County Jail. He was not granted bond and is charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child - possession which is a Class 5 felony.
