On 08/28/23 the Longmont Police were notified about an incident between two students while at recess. It was determined no crime occurred after review of school camera video footage. An information report was completed.

On 08/24/2023, Longmont Police received information regarding an ongoing protection order violation involving an inmate at the Boulder County Jail. One suspect has been identified.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
On 08/26/2023, officers assisted Boulder County Sheriff Deputies on a traffic stop near the 7000 block of UTE Hwy. An adult male was arrested for DUI.
HARASSMENT
On Sunday, August 27, 2023, at approximately 1200 hours, officers contacted an adult male regarding harassing phone calls he was receiving. An unknown suspect contacted the male stating he was going to hurt the male's family. The male was contacted shortly after he applied for a rental property online. The number associated with the rental company is related to several reports of scams. No information is available for the number the male received the phone call from.
DUI
On 8/27/2023 officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Main St. After investigation the adult male was arrested for DUI.
MENACING
On August 27, 2023, at approximately 1455 hours, officers took a report of harassment in the 800 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. A report was taken.
SEX ASSAULT
On Sunday August 27, 2023, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to take a report of a sexual assault in the 4500 block of Portofino Dr.
DISTURBANCE
On Sunday, August 27, 2023, at approximately 2201 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd to investigate a disturbance. A juvenile male was arrested.

On August 28th, 2023 officers responded to the 2500 block of Sunset Drive for a noise complaint. One adult male was contacted and later arrested for driving his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. This case is cleared by an arrest.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On August 28th, 2023 at approximately 0346 hours one adult male was interviewed via phone for a criminal mischief incident that occurred. A report was taken. This case is closed.

On Monday, August 28, 2023 Longmont Officers responded to the 600 block of S Bowen St. A stolen bicycle was recovered and a male was issued a summons.
MENACING
On Monday, August 28, 2023, at approximately 1600, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Smith Drive, Longmont, CO, to reference an agency assist. During the assist officer learned of a menace that occured earlier in the day.
