SHOPLIFT

On 02/19/2023 at around 1930 hours, Longmont Police Department officers responded to the 1200 block of Hover Street in reference to a theft. A report was taken for the incident.

DUI

On 02/18/2023, at approximately 2320 hours, officers stopped a vehicle in the 500 block of East 3rd Avenue. One adult male was contacted and arrested on suspicion of DUI.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On February 19, 2023, officers responded to the 800 block of Fairlane Avenue on report of a disturbance. A report was taken.

DUI

On Sunday, February 19, 2023, an adult male was contacted for suspicion of driving under the influence in the 1700 block of E 17th Avenue. The adult male was arrested.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 02/19/2023 officers responded to the 600 block of Grandview Meadows for a domestic incident. Officers made contact with parties involved and an arrest was made.

DUI

On 02/19/2023, at approximately 0230 hours, officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 600 block of 9th Avenue. An adult male was contacted and arrested on suspicions of DUI.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Sunday February 19th, 2023, Longmont police located a reported stolen vehicle in the 1500 block of Collyer Street. An adult male was arrested.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday, February 19, 2023, at approximately 0953 hours, officers were contacted by an adult male regarding the violation of a protection order that occurred in the 300 block of Main Street. Officers are attempting to verify that a violation occurred and the case is open.

WELFARE CHECK

On 02/19/2023, officers responded to the 1500 block of Juniper Street regarding a welfare check. Report was taken.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 2/19/2023 officers responded to the 1600 block of Emery Street for a disturbance. After investigation, and a short foot pursuit, an adult male was arrested for violation of a protection order.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 02/19/2023, Longmont Police Department officers responded to 900 block of Kimbark Street for suspicious activities. Two juveniles were trying to get into some of the vehicles. The suspects fled north on Kimbark Street riding bicycles. Two juveniles were contacted and released on summonses to their parents.

SHOPLIFT

On February 18, 2023, at approximately 1705 hrs., officers responded to a shoplifting call in progress in the 2000 block of E Ken Pratt Boulevard. A report was taken.

TRAFFIC STOP

On February 18, 2023, I approximately 1612 hrs, officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Nelson Road and S Hover. An adult male was arrested on an outstanding warrant and issued a summons for traffic violations.

DUI

On Saturday, February 18, 2023, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the area of 19th Ave and Yeager Drive. A male was arrested for driving under the influence.

THEFT

On 2/19/2023, Longmont police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Parker Drive for some items believed to be stolen from the front porch of the residence. A report was completed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

An employee at Petsmart was bitten by a cat while cleaning its cage. The cat was returned to a rescue group and placed in quarantine.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont male accused his parent of cruelty to animals in the 800 block of Summerhawk Drive. Further investigation showed unintentional cruelty on the part of the reporting party.

CHILD

On Sunday, 02/19/2023, at approximately 1458 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 1200 block of S Hover Street for a report of possible child abuse. This case is unfounded.

THEFT

On 02/19/2023 Longmont officers took a report of a theft report in the 300 block of Main Street.

BURGLARY

On Sunday, 02/19/2023, at approximately 1647 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 600 block of Barberry Drive for a report of an attempted burglary. This case is closed due to the lack of suspect leads.

ASSAULT

On 02/19/2023, officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 1700 block of Main St. on the report of an assault. An adult male party was contacted and arrested.
