FIRE 

On Sunday 02/26/2023 at around 1700 hours, Longmont Police Department officers responded to the 1200 block of Francis St for a fire. A joint incident was formed between Longmont fire and Longmont police for the incident.

THEFT

On Sunday, January 15th 2023, Longmont police officers conducted a citizen contact in the 1600 block of Main Street. A summons was issued.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On February 25, 2023, officers responded to the 9200 block of Nelson Road on a report of a hit-and-run traffic accident. A report was taken.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 02/25/2022 at approximately 2330 hours, officers were called to the 200 block of Main Street for a narcotics violation. One adult male was issued a court summons on related charges.

WARRANT ARREST

On 02/25/2023 the Longmont Police Department responded to a narcotics call in the 200 block of Main Street. One adult male was contacted. Case cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On 02/26/2023 officers responded to the 1200 block of S Coffman Street for a welfare check. One juvenile female was contacted and taken to a hospital for a mental health hold. This case is closed.

DUI 

On 02/26/2023 at approximately 0320 hours, officers were called for an erratic driver on Ken Pratt Boulevard. Officers initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, and the adult male driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

WELFARE CHECK

On 02/26/2023 the Longmont police contacted an adult male who was walking in the middle of the road in the area of 3rd Avenue and Alpine Street. An off duty officer observed the male and saw a vehicle nearly strike him in the roadway. The male was contacted and placed into protective custody without incident, and was then transported to Longs Peak Hospital for a mental health evaluation.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Sunday February 25th, 2023, Longmont police located a reported stolen vehicle near Dogwood Lane and Emery Drive.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday February 26th, 2023, Longmont police located and arrested a wanted party in the 1600 block of Main Street.

AUTO THEFT

On 2/26/2023 officers were dispatched to an auto theft that occurred in the 1400 block of East 3rd Avenue. A report was taken.

AUTO THEFT

On Sunday February 26th, 2023, Longmont police responded to an auto theft in the 600 block of Lashley Street.

INFORMATION

On February 26th, 2023 at approximately 1237 hours, officers responded to the 1700 block of 9th Avenue for a disturbance between an adult male and adult female.

IDENTITY THEFT

On Sunday, 02/26/2023 at approximately 1422 hours, Longmont police responded to the 800 block of Zachary Court for identity theft. A report was taken.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday February 26th, 2023, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Main Street. An adult male was arrested.

HARASSMENT

On Sunday 02/26/2023 at around 1500 hours, Longmont Police Department officers were dispatched to the 600 block of 19th Ave for a harassment report. A report was taken for the incident.

INFORMATION

On 02/26/2023, Longmont police officers were dispatched to 1000 block of Sonoma Circle on a report of a suspicious activity. Upon arrival, officers investigated and determined no crime was committed at that time.

SHOPLIFT

On 2/26/2023, Longmont responded to the 600 block of Frontage Road in reference to a report of shoplifting. There are no suspects at this time.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Saturday February 25th, 2023, Longmont police located and arrested a wanted party in the 1600 block of Main Street.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, February 25, 2023 Longmont police responded to the 1900 block of Main Street for a disturbance. An arrest was made.

CHILD

On 02/25/2023 Longmont officers took a report in the 2300 block of Wedgewood Avenue for a child neglect case. This case is open.

DUI

On 02/25/2023 officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Park Ridge Ave and Highway 287. One adult female driver was contacted. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. This case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On 02/26/2023, Longmont Police Department officers took a report of an assault between two adult females in the 400 block of Main Street. This case is still open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 02/26/2023, officers responded to the 1000 block of S Gay Drive in reference to a domestic incident. Officers made contact with three adult females and one adult male. After the investigation, an adult female was arrested.

THEFT

On Sunday February 26th, 2023, Longmont police responded to a theft in the 300 block of Sunnyside Lane.

PROTECTION ORDER

Officers took a report of a possible restraining order violation that took place the night before in the area of 700 S Sherman Street. After an investigation, no violation was found and a report was taken.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 02/26/2023 at approximately 1619 hours, officers responded to the 1700 block of 9th Avenue on an in progress criminal mischief. A female party contacted dispatch and advised a male party threw a rock at her vehicle, breaking the window. After a brief search, the male party was arrested and taken to Boulder County Jail on multiple charges. This case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Sunday, February 26th, 2023, at about 1622 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 800 block of Bowen Street in reference to a 911 hang-up. One female was arrested.

DEATH

On February 26, 2023, Longmont Police Department officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Zlaten Drive on the report of a medical call. A report was taken.
