FRAUD

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 2000 block of Main Street. This case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday, January 11, 2024, officers responded to a stabbing in the 300 block of 14th Pl. An adult female was arrested.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday 01/11/2024 at approximately 0650 hours police responded to the 800 block in relation to a restraining order violation. An adult male was arrested for a protection order violation and taken to jail.

THEFT

On Thursday, January 11, 2024, at approximately 1104 hours, officers contacted an adult male regarding his handicapped placard. The male believed an ex-girlfriend had the placard however the ex-girlfriend was no longer accepting his phone calls. The placard was located and is being returned to the male. An information report was written to document the incident.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Thursday 01/11/2024 at approximately 1258 hours police received a call for service in relation to a juvenile in possession of drug paraphernalia in the 400 block South Francis Street. A juvenile female was given a rewind referral.

ASSAULT

ON 1-11-24 Longmont PD responded to the 1600 Block of Hover St for an assault.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday 1/11/24 at around 1730 hours, Longmont Police Department officers responded to the 2100 block of Emery St reference a stolen vehicle. A report was taken for the incident.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 01/11/2024, at approximately 1945 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of 19th Ave and Corey St. An adult male was arrested for narcotics violations.

THEFT

On Thursday, January 11th, 2024, at approximately 1915 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 block of E Ken Pratt Blvd reference a theft. One adult male suspect was identified and issued a summons for the theft.

SEX ASSAULT

On January 11th, 2024 officers took a report of a cold sex assult that occurred in December of 2023. This case is open, pending further investigation.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID

On Wednesday January 10, Longmont Police respoded to the intersection of S Sherman St and Ken Pratt Blvd on a crash. An adult male was issued a summons.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 01/10/24, officers took a found property report in the 800 block of Main St.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 01/10/2024, Longmont Police contacted a suspicious adult male in the 600 block of 15th Ave who was trespassing on a business property. The male was found to have narcotics in his possession and attempted to use another subject's name when identifying himself. Upon identifying him, the male was found to have multiple arrest warrants and was subsequently arrested.

DUI

On Thursday, January 11, 2024, officers responded to the 800 block of S Main on the report of a medical call. An adult male was later arrested on DUI.

CIVIL

On 01/11/2024, Longmont Police Officers took a report of a possible Auto theft. It was determined to be a civil matter. This case is closed.

FOLLOW UP

On Thursday, January 11, 2024, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On January 11, 2024, at approximately 3:35 PM, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the intersection of Collyer Street and Longs Peak Avenue on an injury collision involving a vehicle and a low-powered scooter. The adult male rider of the powered scooter was transported to the hospital for injuries. Case is closed.
