OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On September 30, 2021, members of the Longmont Police Department assisted the Boulder County Drug Task Force in serving a search warrant in the 1400 block of Terry St. The case is closed and referred to BCDTF.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On 10/05/2021, officers responded to an injury crash at 3rd Ave. and Martin St. One driver was issued a summons and released from the scene. This case is closed.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT 

On 12/31/2021, at approximately 1927 hours, officers responded to Mountain View Ave. and Francis St. on a hit and run accident. A report was taken.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont, CO resident reported their vehicle was stolen from the 1500 block of Skyline Lane. There are no investigative leads.

SEX ASSAULT

On Sunday, January 2, officers responded to the 1300 block of Whitehall Drive in reference to a suicide attempt. During the contact, an allegation of sexual assault was made. Case open.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On 1/3/2022, Longmont police responded to the intersection of Clover Basin Dr. and S. Airport Rd. in reference to a traffic accident with injuries. A juvenile male was arrested for traffic charges. Case cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On Monday, January 3, 2021, officers took a fraud report in the area to the 1000 block of Alta Vita Ct. This case is closed.

BURGLARY

On 01/03/2022, at 1111 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Preston Dr. reference a suspicious situation. An adult male and adult female were arrested for burglary, theft, and auto theft. The case was cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION

The Longmont Police Department investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 2800 Shoal Ci. Case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Monday, January 3, 2022, a Longmont Police Officer took a report on a domestic incident which took place in the 1300 block of McClure Dr. No arrests at this time.

AUTO THEFT 

On Monday, 01/03/22, a Longmont, CO resident reported an aggravated motor vehicle theft in the 1800 block of Sundance Dr. There are no investigative leads.

DUI 

On January 3, 2022, at approximately 1856 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to a welfare check in the area of Neon Forest Circle Drive and Katy Lane in Longmont, CO. An adult female was contacted and arrested.

MISSING PERSON 

On 01/02/2021, at approximately 1911 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 2000 block on Heron Ct. on a missing runaway juvenile. A report was taken and 937 Missing Person report filed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 01/02/22, the Longmont Police Department assisted the Larimer County Sheriff's Office after they pursued a vehicle into Longmont. The vehicle was located abandoned on Airport Rd. A K9 track led to the location of the driver/suspect. This report is for informational purposes only.

FOLLOW UP

On Monday, January 3, 2022, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

THEFT 

On Sunday, January 2, 2022, Longmont Police officers were dispatched to assist Larimer County Sheriff's Office with a vehicle pursuit. During the investigation a reported stolen vehicle was discovered bearing unreported stolen plates.
