DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On July 18, Longmont police responded to a physical domestic assault in progress. Information was gathered and a man was taken to jail.

INJURY ACCIDENT 

On July 18 at approximately 2057 hours, Longmont police responded to the 1200 block of Grandview Meadows Drive in reference to an auto-pedestrian accident. A 15-year-old boy was run over by a vehicle he was hanging on to while skateboarding.

ASSAULT 

On July 19, Longmont police officers responded to the 1900 block of Main Street in reference to an assault. It was reported a man had assaulted a woman in the area. The man was contacted and taken into custody.

AUTO THEFT 

On July 19, the Longmont Police Department took a report of an auto theft in the 1600 block of Great Western Drive. There are no suspects at this time.

THEFT 

On July 19, officers were contacted by a business owner in the area of Ninth Avenue and Lashley Street regarding the theft of a surveillance camera by an unknown male.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On July 19, officers took a report of possible vandalism in the 900 block of South Hover Street.

DISTURBANCE 

On July 19, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 700 block of Crisman Drive on an assist to medical personnel. While on scene, an uninvolved female bystander began harassing emergency personnel and the subject of the original call for service. The female suspect made racially-motivated threats toward officers and the subject of the medical call. The suspect was taken into custody after resisting arrest and becoming combative toward officers. This case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST 

On July 18, Longmont police took multiple calls from a man reporting a burglary in progress in the 2400 block of Atwood Street. Investigation revealed no burglary was occurring and the man reporting it was across town. That man arrived at that house (known to the residents) later in the day and was arrested on an unrelated warrant and taken to Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE 

On July 18 at approximately 2132 hours, police responded to the 4500 block Redmond Drive in relation to a disturbance. Two women were issued summonses for unreasonable noise and fighting words. The case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE 

On July 19 at 0001 hours, officers responded to a neighbor dispute in the 1300 block of Sharpe Place.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

On July 19, Longmont police responded to the 900 blocks of Tulip Street to assist a man with locating a lost iPhone. A resident contacted admitted to having the phone at one point but claimed he turned it in to a bus driver. The man is suspected of stealing the phone. The phone was stolen in Boulder. This report is for informational purposes to assist the Boulder Police Department.

SHOPLIFT 

On July 19 around 1650 hours, Longmont police responded to the 2500 block of Main Street on a report of a theft in progress involving two women. Both women were issued summonses.
