ACCIDENT

On June 6 at 0356 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 600 block of Pasque Drive on report of an injury accident. A white BMW hit two trees before coming to a stop in a 70-year-old woman's yard. The driver of the BMW fled the scene before officers arrived.

 

HIT AND RUN

On June 6 at approximately 0922 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a hit-and-run crash at Second Avenue and Terry Street. A suspect has been identified and the case is open pending an arrest warrant.

 

DISTURBANCE

On June 6 at approximately 1331 hours, Longmont police officers responded to the area of Eighth Avenue and Bross Street for a disturbance.

 

BURGLARY

On June 6, Longmont police took a call in reference to a potential burglary in the 1600 block of East County Line Road in Longmont, Boulder County. Information gathered, report for information only.

 

HARASSMENT

On June 6, Longmont police took a call of potential harassment in the 800 block of Fair Lane Avenue in Longmont, Boulder County. Information gathered and report generated.

 

TRAFFIC STOP

On June 5, officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop of a motorcycle near the intersection of 17th Avenue and Terry Street. The adult male rider of the bike attempted to flee and parked in the driveway of his residence. He was arrested for traffic related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

 

DUI

On June 5, Longmont police officers responded to the area of Fourth Avenue and Lashley Street in reference to a possible DUI. An adult male was contacted and later arrested for DUI.

 

DUI

On June 6, officers responded to the area of East 17th Avenue and Pace Street on the report of a possible DUI. An adult male was contacted and placed into custody for DUI. This case is cleared by arrest.

 

DRIVING WITH REVOKED LICENSE

On June 5, a Longmont police officer observed a 46-year-old male operating a motor vehicle in the 1600 block of Lashley Street with a revoked license. A warrant was completed for the suspect's arrest. The case is closed.

 

DISTURBANCE

On June 6, Longmont police took a report of a disturbance in the 2100 block of Main Street.. This case is cleared by arrest/summons.

 

STOLEN VEHICLE

On June 6,oOfficers responded to the 1800 block of Antero Drive in reference to a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later located in the 1700 block of Meadow Street.

 

SHOPLIFTING

On June 6, Longmont police responded to the 2500 block of Main Street on a report of a shoplifter. An adult female was contacted and issued a summons for theft. This case is cleared by arrest.

 

MENTAL HEALTH HOLD

On June 6, Longmont police responded to the 900 Block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on a report of an out of control adult female who attempted to grab the steering wheel of a moving vehicle. The driver of the vehicle stopped the vehicle in a nearby parking lot. The female was later taken into protective custody and transported to a nearby hospital for a mental health hold.

 

SHOPLIFTING

On June 6, officers responded to the 1600 block of Pace Street on a report of a shoplifting. Two juvenile females were issued summons for theft and the case is closed.

 

WARRANT

On June 6, officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Pace Street on a report of a shoplift. A juvenile female was found to have a warrant. The juvenile female was released to a parent on bond.

 

PROTECTION ORDER VIOLATION

On June 6, Longmont police received a call for service via phone reference a belated protection order violation. Information was gathered and a suspect has been developed.

 

TRESPASSING

On June 6, Longmont officers received a call regarding a criminal trespass to a vehicle in the 1100 block of Francis Street. There is no known suspect information at this time.

 

ASSAULT

On June 6, officers took a report of an assault in the 300 block of 15th Avenue.
