Nov. 25

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

An employee on Nov. 25 reported first-degree criminal trespass and theft at a Longmont business in the 1200 block of Boston Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

THEFT 

An employee on Nov. 25 reported theft at a Longmont business in the 1100 block of Francis Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

ASSAULT 

On Nov. 25 at approximately 1958 hours, police took a report regarding an assault involving a man and woman that took place in the 1400 block of Coffman Street.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

Officers on Nov. 23 investigated a report of criminal mischief in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. A vehicle was damaged by unknown suspects. This case is open.

BURGLARY 

Officers on Nov. 25 responded to the report of a burglary in the 600 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. An investigation was conducted and a possible suspect lead is being investigated. 

SEX ASSAULT 

Officers on Nov. 24 responded to a sexual assault in the 2200 block of Pratt Street. This case is being investigated.

AUTO THEFT 

On Nov. 25 at approximately 0016 hours, officers were dispatched to a welfare check in the area of 1600 South Emery Street. 

AUTO THEFT 

A report was taken Nov. 25 in reference to aggravated motor vehicle theft and theft that occurred in the 300 block of Baker Street. The suspects are unknown.

Nov. 26

ARSON 

Police on Nov. 26 responded to the 800 block of Grandview Meadows Drive in reference to a suspicious vehicle fire. The vehicle was impounded for further investigation.

PROTECTION ORDER 

Police on Nov. 26 responded to the 900 block of Rose Street for a disturbance. The reporting party advised a woman was at the residence and in contact with a man in violation of a protection order. Officers arrived on scene and contacted the man, but the woman had left. The protection order was verified as being active, and bond conditions prohibited contact between the man and woman. An arrest warrant will be drafted and submitted for approval to the Boulder County District Attorney’s Office.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

Police on Nov. 26 attempted to stop a man known to have a felony warrant in the 1600 block of Great Western Drive. The subject ran from police.

WELFARE CHECK 

Police on Nov. 26 responded to the 4500 block of Redmond Drive for a welfare check on a suicidal party. 

INFORMATION 

Officers on Nov. 23  took an information report in reference to a child custody issue in the 800 block of Crisman Drive. No further action was taken.

DUI 

Officers on Nov. 26 responded to a DUI in the 1200 block of Fox Hill Drive. This case is cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT 

Officers on Nov. 26 took a report of a sexual assault that occurred in the 1200 block of Meadow Street. This case is being investigated.

BURGLARY 

Officers on Nov. 26 responded to the 00 block of Gay Drive for a burglary in progress. A man was taken into custody. The case is cleared by arrest.
