AUTO THEFT 

A Berthoud resident on Oct. 28 reported vehicle theft in the 900 block of Lashley Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

SHOPLIFT 

An employee on Oct. 28 reported theft from a business in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

DISTURBANCE 

Police on Oct. 27 responded to the 1600 block of Airport Road in reference to a juvenile disrupting school. A girl was issued a court referral. 

THEFT 

A report was taken on Oct. 28 in reference to a theft that occurred in the 1900 block of Kimbark Street. The suspect is unknown.

PROTECTION ORDER

Police on Oct. 28 investigated a protection order violation in the 10 block of Western Sky Circle. After an investigation, there was determined to be no violation and the case is closed.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

On Oct. 27 at approximately 0422 hours, police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard for a suspicious situation. A man reported he had been burned with a blowtorch. Both parties were contacted and the case is open.

ASSAULT 

Officers on Oct. 28 took a report of assault in the 1900 block of Mountain View Avenue. A 25-year-old man was issued a summons. 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

Police on Oct. 28 took a report of criminal mischief in the 1800 block of Princess Drive. This case is open.

FRAUD 

A police department in Arizona referred a report regarding a theft from an Arizona business to Longmont police. It was believed the suspect lived in Longmont. It was later learned the case is being further investigated by another agency in Arizona and the local case is closed.

FRAUD 

Police on Oct. 28 investigated fraud in the 1200 block of Main Street. There are no suspects at this time.

MITTIMUS ARREST 

Police on Oct. 28 responded to the 200 block of Main Street for a disturbance. A 53-year-old man was arrested for unrelated violations of community corrections policies.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On Oct. 28 at 1630 hours, police investigated criminal mischief in the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and South Hover Street. There are no suspects at this time.
