SEX ASSAULT

Report of sexual assault. No PC at this time. Detective S. Jones has been notified and briefed on the incident. VA responded to the scene. A safety plan has been completed. Hold over for 9/19/2023 as per Sgt. Odle.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 09/16/2023, Longmont Police was working a special event in Boulder, CO and an adult male was contacted for a liquor violation. The male was cited and released.

SHOOTING

On September 19, 2023, Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Collyer Street on the report of a shooting. A report was taken.

AUTO THEFT

On 091923, officers took a report of an auto theft that occurred in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln involving unknown suspects.

THEFT

On September 19, 2023, Longmont Police took a report of a stolen bicycle from the 2100 block of North Shore Dr. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On 09/19/2023 (Tuesday) at approximately 1014 hours, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of South Hover Road on the report of a trespassing. Upon arrival officers contacted an adult male who had an outstanding warrant. The male was placed under arrest and transported to the Longmont Municipal Court.

ROBBERY

On September 19, 2023 at 1043 hours, officers responded to a robbery on the 300 block of Main St. Officers investigate the scene and a report was taken.

SEX ASSAULT

On Tuesday September 19, 2023 at approximately 1414 hours, officers took a report of a cold sex assault that occurred in the 4600 block of Clover Basin Dr, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.

DUI

On 09/19/2023 at approximately 1848 hours, Longmont Police were investigating a crash at Third Ave. / Baker St. when an adult male was taken into custody for DUI. Case Cleared by Arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, September 19th 2023 at approximately 2051 hours, Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 block of 14th Ave. reference to a disturbance. A report was taken.

FRAUD

On Wednesday, 9/6/23, an employee of a Longmont, CO business reported theft in the 300 block of Kimbark Street. This case is under investigation.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, 09/16/23, a Sergeant of the Longmont Police Department contacted an adult male, while working at Folsom Field, 2085 Colorado Ave, Boulder, CO, for the CU vs CSU football game. This male was arrested and later transported to the Boulder County Jail.

DISTURBANCE

On September 19, 2023, Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Spencer Street on a domestic situation. A report was taken.

DUI

On Monday 09/18/2023 at around 1700 hours, Longmont Police Department officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 17th Ave and Main St. A female adult was later taken into custody.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont female was bitten by a dog in the 800 block of S Sherman St.

TRESPASS

On 09/18/2023 at around 1900 hours, Longmont Police Department officers responded to the 400 block of Main St reference a trespass. A report was taken for the incident.

SEX ASSAULT

On Monday, September 18, 2023, at approximately 2226 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave to investigate a sex assault. A report was taken.

DUI

On September 18, 2023 officers with the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Main St. As a result, an adult male was arrested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 09/19/2023, officers responded to the 1300 block of Vivian St on a criminal mischief incident. A report was taken.

MISSING PERSON

On September 19, 2023, Longmont Police took a report of a missing person. The case is open.

DISTURBANCE

On Tuesday, September 19th, 2023, officers responded to 2250 Mountain View Ave on a disturbance. Two adult males were contacted reference a mutual fight and were given warnings. This case will be closed.

DISTURBANCE

On September 19th, 2023, Longmont Police officers, responded to 1600 Main St, regarding a male who was harassing customers. A report was taken on this matter and the case was cleared by arrest.
