Shots fired in multiple locations in Longmont

The Longmont Police responded to a report that multiple gunshots were fired in the area of 17th Avenue and Lamplighter Drive Monday around 10 p.m.

The gunshots were later reported in multiple areas northeast of the intersection and included 15th Avenue and Lamplighter, East Ninth Avenue and Lashley Street, St. Claire Avenue and Lashley Street and Forsyth Drive and Willodene Drive. In a news release, the police indicated that this was not an exhaustive list of locations reported.

Longmont Police Officers located more than 10 spent .45 caliber casings, according to the release. 

No injuries or damage were reported.
