Suspects in Boulder County murder, found and arrested

A woman was found dead around 10 a.m. on July 24 near the Realization Point trailhead. Boulder County deputies conducted a preliminary investigation, which led them to believe the woman was killed. Four suspects in the case have been located and arrested. 

The preliminary investigation led officers to believe the victim knew the suspects, according to a news release from the Boulder County Sheriff's Office.

This week, deputies obtained arrest warrant for four individuals who were discovered to be in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The suspects include Jaime Alonso Moore, Cody Lee Hobirk, Ashely Lyn Provine and Elizabeth Nicole Griffin.

All were arrested on Aug. 1 with the assistance of the Las Cruces Police Department. 

Moore faces charges of Murder in the First Degree, Murder in the Second Degree and aggravated robbery. Hobirk's charges include Murder in the Second Degree, aggravated robbery and tampering with physical evidence. Provine and Griffin face the same charges of Accessory in First Degree Murder, Accessory in Second Degree Murder, Accessory in aggravated robbery and tampering with physical evidence. 

"Because the investigation is on-going, additional information cannot be released at this time," the sheriff's office states in the news release.
