Louisville Mayor Ashley Stolzmann is the clear choice for Boulder County Commissioner for dedicated, compassionate, proven leadership during these challenging times.
As an East County resident of Superior, I have witnessed Ashley’s inspiring dedication as Mayor of Louisville. She encourages citizen input, can handle multiple crises, and finds solutions to real problems.
Ashley is smart and the hardest-working elected representative I have seen in Boulder County since 2013. She will dive in and improve disaster preparedness response, ongoing Marshall Fire rebuilding efforts, transportation, housing, open space, and environmental issues. She was recently endorsed by the Sierra Club.
I could reference all of Ashley’s proven leadership experience in Louisville City Council for almost 10 years, being elected Chair by her peers to lead DRCOG, and her pandemic response and support for residents and businesses in Louisville.
However, what impresses me most about Ashley is her empathy and bold leadership for citizens in her actions on preventing gun violence, climate change, housing affordability, and transportation challenges.
Boulder County needs Ashley’s tireless dedication to improving the quality of life for all citizens and her ability to forge partnerships and relationships across government entities. She bridges divides among groups, listens to her constituents, and has proven governing abilities to handle multiple crises.
