An error has been found in the wording of Longmont Ballot Issue 3B – Pool and Ice Rink Facility – that appears on voting ballots, and it is causing confusion for voters.

FRAUD On 10/16/2019, the Longmont Police Detective Division was notified a pawn broker violation (False Information to a Pawnbroker) had occurred in the 1200 block of Main St. A suspect has been identified and an investigation is being conducted.

SHOPLIFT An employee of a Longmont business reported shoplifting in the 500 block of Main Street. There are no investigative leads or viable suspect information at this time.

Police arrested the suspect on October 15 without incident and transported him to the Boulder County Jail.
