The Longmont City Council meeting set for April 30, 2019, has been canceled.

Crews have begun the final road work on South Pratt Parkway Bridge. Drivers should anticipate frequent trafficpattern changes and serious traffic impacts through the week.

I was happy to see that Collision Brewing’s “vintage body shop” theme is tasteful and fun, but never gaudy. It looks a bit like an old-fashioned “fillin’ station” on the outside, complete with retro gas pumps out front, but the inside is open, airy, hip and modern, with just enough car-related decorations to keep your attention if you’re interested but not distract you if you aren’t.

Longmont Police Report - April 26, 2019

The City of Longmont is in the process of planning and developing two neighborhood parks. We need YOUR help deciding on final names for the Wertman Neighborhood Park and South Clover Basin Neighborhood Park.

At their Tuesday night meeting, Longmont City Council took positions on three different legislative bills that are currently being debated at the state level. One dealt with the “Just Transition From Coal-based Electrical Energy Economy”, one concerned “Emergency Medical Service Providers Licensing”, and the other would "Authorize Local Governments To Stabilize Rent".

For the fifth year in a row, the Longmont Public Library has invited patrons to create dioramas using PEEPS. The theme is centered around the patron's favorite literary scene. The diorama were displayed in the lobby of the library from April 12-18.
