FDC/CRIM TRESPASS A Longmont resident reported a first-degree criminal trespass and theft in the 2300 block of Wedgewood Avenue. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

Treat Snackhouse on Main Street closed its doors on Dec. 14. Treat Snackhouse opened its doors in April 2018 and was located at 449 Main St. The Main St. shop served several snack options, coffee and offered catering options.

IDENTITY THEFT A Longmont resident reported an incident of identity theft. This case is closed due to lack of viable suspect information and jurisdictional issues.

On Tuesday, Dec. 11, the Longmont City Council voted to approve an ordinance to amend chapters 4.79, 4.99, 15.05 and 15.10 of the Longmont Municipal Code on Inclusionary Housing.
