According to a list published by Livability.com , Longmont ranks second in the top ten best cities for STEM ( S cience, T echnology, E ngineering & M ath) workers in 2018.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS On June 12, 2018 a auto trespass report was received from the 1500 block of South Vivian. An adult male was contacted who reported his vehicle was entered and a wallet was stolen from inside. There is no suspect information.

June is LGBTQ+ month and the week of June 18-23 is Longmont Pride Week. The Longmont Public Library is celebrating by hosting their Rainbow Storytime. This story time will take place on Monday, June 18 from 6-6:30 p.m.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS A Longmont resident in the 800 block of S. Terry Street reported a theft from his unlocked vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

Recently the City of Longmont sent out a press release announcing that they were no longer accepting payments via phone.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT On June 9th, 2018, Officers responded to the 600 BLK of Grandview Meadows Drive on report of a domestic disturbance between an adult female and an adult male. The adult male was arrested for Domestic Violence and Assault.
