Christmas is nearly upon us so I thought I’d do an article on the Canada goose because some people like to cook goose for Christmas dinner.

The City of Longmont Finance Department has released the sales and use tax division analysis of taxes for the month of October 2017.

During Tuesday nights council meeting, the City of Longmont was awarded the SolSmart Bronze Designation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT On Tuesday 12-19-2017, around 0830 hours, Officers responded to a domestic incident in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln. An adult male was arrested for domestic harassment, resisting arrest and an outstanding warrant.

BURGLARY On 12-18-17 at 0426 hrs., officers discovered a burglary at a liquor store in the 1800 block of Hover Street. The matter appears to be related to other crimes the same night and is open.

Longmont City Council will be voting on three ordinances tonight.

DISTURBANCE On December 17, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 500 block of Main Street on a disturbance possibly involving a gun.
