FDC/CRIME TRESPASS A Longmont resident in the 1200 block of Venice Street reported miscellaneous items were stolen from her unlocked vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

There may be good news for some home buyers in Longmont. The market appears to be cooling, but just a little. Based on historic trends, it also could be simply the calm before another storm of activity.

On Tuesday night, Longmont City Council passed resolution R-2017-121 which approves the McIntosh reservoir recreation lease between the City of Longmont and the Lake Macintosh Reservoir Company.

HARASSMENT Police were contacted about a threat that a 16 year old male made to his mother that he was going to get a gun and shoot everybody. He is listed as a runaway.

Longmont City Council will be attending an executive session prior to tonight's city council meeting.
