Do you want to be more involved in how your local government makes decisions? Do you have some great ideas to share with the Board of County Commissioners? Do you want to add some great experience to a resume?

These are just some of the many reasons to apply for a spot on a Boulder County advisory board or commission. Board members provide recommendations to the County Commissioners and have a chance to have their voices and ideas heard within local government.

For this recruitment period we have 29 open positions to fill. As always, we strive to have an accurate representation of the demographics in our county, so we created the attached graphic to help identify gaps in representation.

The deadline to apply is Aug. 17.
