The Longmont Area of Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday invited residents and businesses to submit their feedback on Colorado’s next phase of loosened COVID-19 restrictions.

Gov. Jared Polis on Monday announced the "Protect our Neighbors" phase of virus-related measures, which will allow counties to make their own decisions to reopen businesses or social gatherings at the end of June or early July. “Protect Our Neighbors” could open the door to indoor and outdoor events or venues such as conferences, museums, fairs and concerts.

The new guidelines are subject to public feedback and will be formalized by the end of this week, and the Chamber in an email Wednesday asked people to review the proposed guidelines and provide their feedback to the state.

Feedback on “Protect Our Neighbors” is due by 11:59 p.m. Thursday. The guidelines can be reviewed here.  Opinions on the guidelines can be shared here.
