Chamber seeks nominees for Building Bridges Award

The Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for its Building Bridges Award.

Each year, the Chamber recognizes an individual and business for their commitment to partnering with education and it is looking for nominations of Chamber-member businesses in non-educational fields and individuals who have significantly contributed to educators and their students in the classroom, according to its eNews email sent Tuesday.

“Students succeed when education and business leaders create meaningful, successful and long-lasting partnerships to ensure that all youth are ready for college, work and life,” the Chamber stated in the email.

Winners will be honored at the Chamber’s annual Membership Celebration on Dec. 5.
