Longmont Humane Society Pet of the Week July 24, 2020

Barley is looking for a home with older children and no other pets
Barley 2

Barley

This sweet and smart 7-year-old boy is looking for his perfect match, could it be you?

Barley is a bright and mature fellow who has excellent obedience skills that include excellent leash manners as well as the ability offer sit, down and “place” on cue.

Barley loves his treats and will get very wiggly when he is especially pleased or excited about them. Barley is looking for a home where he can be the only beloved pet and would appreciate a family with high school-age or older children, please.

If Barley sounds like he may be a good fit for your dog-loving family, please call 303-772-1232 or email info@longmonthumane.org for more information or to make an appointment to visit today!

Kids & Critters online courses

Longmont Humane Society is excited to announce the launch of our new online Humane Education platform for kids and all community members.

Our Kids & Critters online experience is designed to expand your child’s understanding of animal welfare and safety through interactive animal-themed games, lessons and activities that promote the development of safe animal-handling skills, encourage careers with animals and teach kids 7 to 12 years old how they can help improve the lives of companion animals in their community.

Affordable annual and monthly subscriptions available. New content added monthly beginning in July.

Visit www.longmonthumane.org and get started today.
