Longmont Police Report: July 1, 2018

MENACING On July 1, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Sunset Street in reference to a menacing. A 27 year old female was arrested for first degree trespassing and resisting arrest related charges.

MENACING

On July 1, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Sunset Street in reference to a menacing. A 27 year old female was arrested for first degree trespassing and resisting arrest related charges. The case will be forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On July 1st, 2018, Officers responded to the 1600 BLK of Sumner Street on report of a domestic disturbance between an adult male and adult female. The male was arrested for domestic violence related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On June 27, 2018, at approximately 1730 hrs Longmont police were dispatched to contact a party by phone about a fraud. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Sunday July 1st, 2018 Longmont Officers were called to the 1700 block of Sumac St on a criminal mishcief. Upon further investigation case is closed.

VICIOUS DOG

On June 30, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to a call of a vicious dog in the 1200 block of Lincoln Street. This case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 06/30/2018, at approximately 2113 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 20 block of Valentine Ln, an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference a domestic violence call for service. After a thorough investigation, one adult female was arrested and later transported to Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A juvenile was bitten by the family dog in the 1400 block of Centennial Drive. The dog was placed on quarantine at home.

FRAUD

On Saturday 06/30/2018 at approximately 2230 hours police responded to the 2300 block Clover Basin Drive in relation to a fraud. The case will be closed due lack of pursuable leads.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, June 30, 2018 at about 2253 hours, Longmont Police dispatched to the 2000 block of Collyer Street on a report of a trespassing. Upon arrival officers arrested an adult female on an active Longmont Municipal Court warrant. The female was transported to the Boulder County Jail and held on a $100.00 bond.

DUI

On Sunday, 07/01/18 at approximately 0024 hours, Longmont Police officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Tulip St in reference to a domestic disturbance in progress. An adult male was arrested for DUI and violation of a protection order. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 7-1-18 an adult male resident of the 2700 block of Nelson Rd in Longmont called police with questions about divorce. The officer learned the male had been kicked by his spouse who left the home. The female was contacted by phone and admitted kicking the male, but refused to meet the officer to submit to arrest. The case is open, pending an arrest warrant.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

An employee at Aspen Meadows Vet was bitten by a cat during treatment. The cat owner surrendered the cat to the Longmont Humane Society. The cat was placed on quarantine.

DUI

On July 1, 2018 Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Main Street to a property damage accident. Investigation revealed an adult female was under the influence of drugs and was arrested. A juvenile male was transported to the hospital to be evaluated due to drug consumption. This case is cleared by arrest.

ASSIST

On July 1, 2018 the Longmont Police Department was contacted regarding a confused elderly male located in Weld County and brought to the police department. The male's family was contacted and the male was safely returned to his family. This report is for information only.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, July 1, 2018, Longmont Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 700 block of Drift Pl. An adult male was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On Sunday, July 1, 2018, Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of Dexter Dr. on a suicidal subject. An adult male was placed on a 72 hour mental health hold. Case closed.
