Shoplift

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at 5:04 am, Longmont Police investigated a theft in the 600 block of Main Street, Longmont. The case was closed pending suspect information.

FDC/Crime Trespass

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, The Longmont Police Department responded to the lobby reference a vehicle that had been broken into during the night and driven around. The vehicle was later brought back to its original location. There was nothing missing from the vehicle, but several items of evidence were collected from inside the vehicle. At this time there is some follow up to be completed, obtaining possible surveillance videos. Case Status is Open.

Hit and Run Accident

On 7/1/17 Longmont Police responded to S. Pratt Pkwy / Missouri Ave. reference a hit and run accident involving multiple vehicles. The suspect was identified and later arrested.

Drug Violation

On Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at approximately 10:32 hours, Officer's responded to the 0 block of S Main St for the report of a narcotics violation. A report was taken. This case is closed.

Warrant Arrest

On 07192017 Longmont PD responding to the 1000 block of Kimbark St for a warrant arrest. Adult male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail on the warrant. Case closed.

Drug Violation

On Tuesday, July 18, 2017, Police contacted two adult females on the 400 block of Lashley St. Both females were found to have active arrest warrants, one female was also charged with the possession of Meth. Both were transported to jail.

DUI

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at approximately 12:43 am, the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop near 11th Ave and Bross St. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

Disturbance

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, Officers responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of Mount Evans St. A newly separated couple was arguing over property, adult male alleged he had been assaulted by his estranged wife. There was not enough evidence to warrant charges in this case, and it will be closed.

Auto Theft

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, Longmont Police took a report of a theft in the 1200 block of Bramwood Pl. Case is still under investigation. Case open.

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, Longmont Police investigated an attempted auto theft at the 1300 block of Sherman Drive, Longmont CO. There are currently no suspects.

Disturbance

Longmont Police responded to the 2500 block of Sunset Drive on a report of a disturbance. An adult female refused treatment at the scene and was taken to Longmont United Hospital in a personal vehicle with an apparent head injury. A report was completed for informational purposes only.

Found Property

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, found property at Golden Ponds Park was logged into police evidence for further investigation by Detectives.

Assault

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of E. 17th Avenue in reference to an assault. This case was referred to detectives for follow up.

Animal Complaint

An adult male was bitten by his newly adopted cat in the 2000 block of Lincoln Street. The cat was returned to the Longmont Humane Society and placed in quarantine.

Theft

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a theft from the 100 block of Vivian St. in his driveway. No suspect information is available. This case is closed.

A Longmont resident in the 300 block of Colony Place reported the theft of his bicycle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

Domestic Incident

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, an adult female came into the Longmont Police Department to report a Domestic Violence Incident that occurred in the 1000 block of S. Hover St. on July 8, 2017. This case is open pending contact with the suspect.
