Police seek help solving bank robbery

Longmont Police are seeking video involving a white cargo van connected to a bank robbery at 16th and Hover on Friday.

Police are asking residents and businesses who have surveillance cameras in the geographical area covering Hover Road to Francis Street and 17th Avenue to Mountain View to check their recordings, according to a Longmont Public Safety Facebook post.

Police are seeking a specific time frame for Friday, May 20, from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

Police are looking for any video of a white cargo van with one window on the driver’s side and three windows on the passenger side. The van is solid white and has no lettering on the vehicle, police said.

The van could be linked to a bank robbery that took place Friday in the area of 16th and Hover, police said.
