House prices in Longmont continue to rise with the lowest sale price being a 1 bedroom 1 bath approx 900 SF condo selling for $155,000 to a 4 bedroom 5 bath approx 5000 SF house selling for $605,000.
A total of 39 houses finalized sales over the last week. The average sale price (total number of homes sold divided by total value of all the homes) was $391,058.
Homes in the low to mid range are selling for close to or over the estimated values provided by real estate sites like Zillow. Homes in the higher range are selling for less than estimated price. Some significantly less, to the tune of six figures.
There are approximately 371 homes currently for sale in Longmont. 297 by agents, 5 by owners, 69 as new construction and none as foreclosures (Source: Zillow)
