Now that the debate is over and the team has had a few days to rest, it is time to begin assessing how the 4th Congression District Debate, between Dr. Karen McCormick and Congressman Ken Buck, went.

Photo from pixabay.com Elks Lodge #1055 in Longmont is hosting their annual Charity Masquerade Ball on October 20 and this year it is open to the public.

Venom is an okay movie. The story was not good, but the character of Eddie Brock & Venom were good. Worth seeing if you're a Venom fan for that character dynamic.

*UPDATE Longmont Public Safety (LPS) issued an update on the shooting that occurred this morning. According to LPS, they are still in the process of investigating the shooting, however, no officers remain at the scene and the streets are now open.

The Catrina Ball commemorates Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, a widely observed holiday in Mexico and other Latin countries. It is a time when the living remember and honor departed relatives.

FRAUD A Longmont resident reported fraud by check in the 1300 block of Gay Street. Case is under investigation. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 1200 block of Pace Street. Case is open.
