STABBING On July 5, 2018 Longmont Police responded to a report of a stabbing victim at Longmont United Hospital. It was later determined the incident occurred near the 2200 blk of Pratt St.

I have been in the pubic safety industry for a while and what I know is that police and fire services often respond to the residuals and symptoms of many, many underlying social issues.

ARSON On July 4, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2500 block of Sunset Drive on an arson. This case is cleared by arrest - summons issued.

PROTECTION ORDER On July 3, 2018 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Dexter Drive in reference to a protection order violation. A 54 year old male was arrested. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT On July 2, 2018 Officers were dispatched to the LPD lobby in reference to a theft that occurred in the 1900 block of Main Street. A report was taken and the case is closed due to insufficient suspect leads.
