Halloween Parade and Trick or Treat Street Kids and adults of all ages can be part of the 41st annual free Halloween costume foot parade at 10 am on Saturday, October 28. Lineup begins at 9:30 in Roosevelt Park, 700 Longs Peak Avenue.
