LONGMONT (Jan. 3, 2018) -- A baby girl born at 9:19 p.m. Tuesday was the first baby born in 2018 at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont. Raegan Conner is the daughter of Jessica and Logan Conner of Windsor.
