Governor Polis announced the transition plan for the new, unified Department of Early Childhood

"Our goal is to collect winter boots, work boots and new socks to help HOPE For Longmont help the most vulnerable of our neighbors," James Yakel, podiatric medicine doctor said.

Children will receive a smaller dose of the Pfizer vaccine specifically formulated for them which is one-third of the dose given to adults and adolescents

“Our goal is always for students to have an excellent experience wherever they go and the focus programming, paired with our foundational work, really maximizes the chance that our students will be able to see into their future and graduate with a lot of hope and opportunity,” Dr. Jackie Kapushion said.

"Our biggest needs because of winter are winter gloves! We never have enough," Sueltenfuss said.
