On Monday, January 14, Longmont Public Safety (LPS) hosted an Employee Recognition Ceremony. In addition to thanking current employees for all the work they do, LPS swore in new recruits to both the police and fire departments, welcomed newly hired personnel to dispatch and the CORE and LEAD teams and recognized officers who were recently awarded the title MPO (Master Police Officer).
