On Tuesday Night , city council unanimously voted 7-0 to pass Ordinance O-2017-60. The ordinance transfers the lease out of Bob Leyner's (current lease owner) name into the name of the company Colorado Classic Aircraft, Ltd. Liability Co.

Theft: A report was filed by a mandatory reporter regarding a theft of an at-risk adult. The case status is open and has been forwarded for further investigation.

On Tuesday night, Longmont Mayor Dennis Coombs proclaimed October 2017 as ‘Pregnancy And Infant Loss Awareness Month’. Eryn Elder was present at the city council meeting and accepted the proclamation.

FDC/CRIME TRESPASS A Longmont resident in the 800 block of E. 5th Avenue reported a theft from his vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.
