The accelerator is open to people who are in the business idea stage, people who are looking to take a hobby to the next level, or existing small business owners looking to pivot or grow their existing business.

Founded in 1987 and located just down the street from Front Range Community College, local K-12 education company offers STEM project-based curriculum and support materials for schools in nearly all 50 states. 

Businesses are invited to attend the virtual event to learn more about the change that was announced Wednesday and will result in more stringent COVID-19 restrictions on gatherings and business capacity

“It seems that our quantity of customers is the same as the temperature. 80 degrees 80 customers, 8 degrees (eight) customers. Winter is here, but the tavern may not be for much longer,” the West Side Tavern stated in a recent Facebook post.

The change means further limits on businesses and in-person gatherings, including those not held in public spaces. 

Located just off 11th Avenue and Francis Street, one of Longmont’s newest small businesses offers more than just lattes, coffee, and blended drinks. It specializes in Boba and milk teas, which are not always easy to find. 

 A Thai Sticky Rice will serve a range of expected Thai dishes such as noodles, curries, stir-fries and fried rice. There also are some specialties such as a spicy papaya salad and a take on coconut milk soup.
