“All of the artists are doing really interesting things, and I’m excited to see the works in the space,” said Brandy Coons, Curator at the Firehouse Art Center.

“I think it’s a really good opportunity to show not only adults but maybe younger kids that art is something that you can actually pursue,” Ditslear said.

These portraits are meant to be framed and shared for generations.

Organized by members of Longmont’s Left Hand Artist Group (LHAG), the goal was to bring something bright and ridiculous to the world.
