The new fitness facility will open early this summer.

With 25 positions to fill in Longmont, owner McCurry looks to giving everyone a chance to work.

Airius partnered with Global Plasma Solutions, or GPS, which created technology that “delivers clean indoor air without producing ozone or other harmful byproducts,” according to its website.

The company, in a statement, did not say what led to the closure of the 692,000-square-foot Longmont facility, which it opened in January 2020.

Since launching six months ago, the business has grown with strong sales on its website and at Mystic Sisters, a metaphysical store on Main Street.

The company, which began making skateboard decks at the end of last year, is aiming to become the largest manufacturer in the United States.

Company officials said Friday the store couldn’t survive the roadblocks that came with the current business environment.
